KYC approved → fund your account
Trigger: KYC is approved. Goal: first deposit (the journey ends as soon as the client deposits).
- Instant “You're verified — fund your account” email.
- After 2 days: personal help if they opened it, a reminder if they didn't.
- After 4 more days: tag
kyc-approved-not-fundedand a final nudge with benefits for verified clients.
Use the kyc-approved-not-funded tag to build a call list for your sales team.
FTD journeys by funded amount
Trigger: First deposit is made with an amount range. Three templates come ready to use:
| Template | First deposit | Focus |
|---|---|---|
| FTD Starter | under $500 | Micro lots, risk habits, invitation to top up |
| FTD Growth | $500 – $4,999 | Premium tools, platform tips, personal review call |
| FTD VIP | $5,000+ | VIP welcome, dedicated manager, private strategy session (tags vip) |
Change the ranges in Settings → Trigger (From is inclusive, To is exclusive, empty To = no limit). Make sure ranges don't overlap so each client gets one journey.
Where deposits come from
A first deposit is detected when the lead's status becomes FTD or a deposit is confirmed in the Deposit Pipeline. The deposit amount on the lead decides the tier.
