Plans
Starter ($19 · 5,000 sends), Growth ($59 · 20,000), Professional ($149 · 60,000), Enterprise ($349 · 150,000) and Scale 1M ($1,799 · 1,000,000). Annual billing gives 2 months free. Change plans from Plan & Billing.
Extra sends
On Plan & Billing → Buy extra sends choose 5,000 / 20,000 / 50,000 / 100,000 sends ($2.50 per 1,000; $2.00 on Scale 1M). Pay once by card — sends are added instantly and are valid until the end of the billing period. Buy as many packs as you need.
Auto top-up
Switch on Auto top-up when I run out, choose a pack and a monthly maximum. Your saved card is charged automatically so campaigns never pause. If a charge fails, auto top-up turns off and admins are emailed.
Warnings & receipts
Admins get emails at 80% and 100% of monthly sends with Buy extra sends and Upgrade plan buttons. Invoices & Receipts lists every plan invoice and extra-send purchase with PDF/receipt links.
