Dashboard tour — reading your KPIs at a glance
Your Dashboard is the first screen you see every morning. Everything on it is live — the numbers update as leads arrive, tasks close and deposits process.
The KPI row
- New leads (today / 7d / 30d) — count of leads created in the timeframe. Click the number to jump into a filtered Leads view.
- Qualified — leads whose status moved past
contactedintoqualifiedor later. Your qualification-rate isQualified ÷ New leads × 100. - Conversion % — how many of those qualified leads became a
client(deposited). A healthy floor lands between 8-15%. - Total deposits — the sum of the
deposit_amountfield across allclientleads in the range. Great for daily standups.
At-risk & follow-ups today
The At-risk leads widget flags any lead whose next_action_at is in the past OR whose health score dropped below 40. Click it → filtered list.
Follow-ups due today shows every task assigned to any agent in your workspace with due_date == today. Managers see the whole floor; sales agents see just their own.
Sales leaderboard mini-widget
The right-hand sidebar shows the top 5 agents by points earned in the current period. Full leaderboard is at /leaderboard.
Time-range filter
Top-right corner switches between Today / 7 days / 30 days / This month / Custom. Your choice is remembered per user.
Sales agents get a different view
If you're a sales role, your Dashboard route is /my-dashboard — same layout but scoped to leads assigned to you, plus your personal daily plan.
Every action you take earns points. This is exactly how the scoring works, how ties are broken, and how to check your rank right now.
Sales agents: this is the screen you should open first every morning. Your leads, your tasks, your call queue, all in one focused view.
Everything you can do from the Leads screen — the quick-actions row, keyboard shortcuts, bulk operations, and how to move a lead through the funnel.
