Working with leads — add, edit, call, convert
The Leads screen is the operational heart of the CRM.
Adding a new lead manually
Click + New lead top-right. Only 3 fields are required: first name, last name, email. Everything else (phone, country, source, campaign) is optional — you can fill it in later.
If your workspace has auto-assignment rules enabled, the new lead is immediately routed to the right sales agent based on country + language + agent capacity.
The quick-actions column
Each row exposes 5 one-click actions:
- Call icon — opens a
tel:link so click-to-call works from your desktop VoIP client. Also logs a "call attempt" activity. - WhatsApp icon — opens
wa.me/<phone>in a new tab with a pre-filled greeting from your workspace's default WhatsApp template. - Email icon — opens the email composer with the lead pre-selected. Pick a template or write from scratch.
- Note icon — quick-add a note without opening the full drawer.
- ⋮ menu — status change, priority override, re-assign, archive.
Editing a lead
Click anywhere on the row → the lead drawer slides in from the right. All fields are inline-editable. The three tabs are:
- Overview — contact info, source, campaign, next action.
- Activity — every call, note, status change, email chronologically.
- Tasks — scheduled follow-ups.
Moving a lead through the funnel
Statuses: new → contacted → qualified → proposal → client (won) or lost at any point.
Change the status from the drawer dropdown or drag the lead card in the Pipeline view. Every status change is auto-logged with the actor's name.
Bulk actions
Tick the checkbox on any row → the bulk bar appears at the bottom with:
- Bulk assign / re-assign
- Bulk status change
- Bulk archive
- Export to CSV
Filters and search
- Global search box — searches name, email, phone, campaign name.
- Filter chips — status, source, country, priority, assignee.
- Saved views (admin only) — save a filter combo as a named view for the whole team.
The task system is your memory. Schedule callbacks, meetings, document sends, and get email + in-app reminders 15 minutes before each one.
How to work the visual pipeline: drag cards between columns, expand a lead, use column filters, and read the SLA colour codes.
Save every message you send more than once as a template. Insert with two clicks, use variables that auto-fill lead data, and translate for every market.
