My tasks — scheduling follow-ups and callbacks
3 min read 14 viewsby Alphorix Team
Every follow-up you schedule lives in My tasks (/my-tasks). This is where you plan tomorrow's calls today.
Creating a task
Three ways:
- From a lead — inside the lead drawer → Schedule follow-up → pick date/time + type.
- After a call outcome — outcome buttons auto-create the right task (e.g. "Callback in 2h" or "Send proposal by tomorrow").
- Standalone — click + New task from the tasks screen for admin/misc work.
Task types
- Call — outbound phone call
- Meeting — in-person / video call
- Email / Document — send something
- Internal — note-to-self, non-lead work
Reminders
- T-15 min in-app popup — bottom-right toast. Snooze 15 min or dismiss.
- T-15 min email (sent from
noreply@alphorix.net) — if enabled in your notification prefs.
Marking done
Just click the checkbox. A confirmation activity is logged on the associated lead automatically. Overdue tasks turn red — clean these up daily.
