Sales leaderboard: how it's calculated and how to climb it
Open Leaderboard in the sidebar. Every sales rep on your workspace is ranked by a composite score across five periods: This week / This month / Last 90 days / This year / All time.
What counts
The leaderboard aggregates from three sources:
| Signal | Where it comes from | Weight |
|---|---|---|
| Calls logged | Activity log | ×1 |
| Emails sent | Activity log | ×0.5 |
| WhatsApp messages | Activity log | ×1 |
| Meetings scheduled | Tasks (kind = meeting) | ×3 |
| Wins (converted leads) | Leads status | ×8 |
| Deposits collected | Lead deposit_amount on wins | ÷ $1,000 |
The score is the weighted sum. Ties break on deposits then wins.
What your reps see
- Sales user — sees the full leaderboard plus their own row highlighted with a "You" badge. Refresh is automatic every 60 seconds.
- Manager / Admin — sees the same leaderboard. Use it in weekly reviews to spot who's under-servicing hot leads.
Every sales rep also sees a compact rank widget on their My day home showing their current rank and the top 3 in the workspace.
Coaching with the leaderboard
- A rep with lots of calls but few wins — coaching signal on qualifying / closing scripts.
- A rep with high wins but low deposit total — coaching on upsell / larger-account outreach.
- A rep with zero meetings — the meeting multiplier (×3) means one qualified meeting is worth 3 calls. Push them to book, not just call.
Privacy
The leaderboard is workspace-scoped. Reps in workspace A can never see workspace B's data — even on shared infrastructure.
Drag-and-drop between stages, log calls in-line, and clear SLA badges without leaving the board.
Every lead gets an auto-calculated 0–100 health score and a Hot/Warm/Cold priority — so your team spends the first hour of every day on the leads that matter.
