Lead health score & Hot/Warm/Cold priority

Every lead in your workspace has two computed fields visible on the pipeline and the leads table:

• Health score — a number from 0 to 100
• Priority — one of Hot (score ≥ 70), Warm (40–69), Cold (< 40)

How the score is built

Four signals with a maximum of 100 points combined:

Response speed (max 30)

Faster first-touch vs. your SLA earns more:

• Contacted within 25% of SLA → 30 pts
• Contacted within 50% → 24 pts
• Contacted within SLA → 18 pts
• Contacted after SLA → 4–10 pts

Lead freshness (max 20)

Linear decay from 20 → 0 over 30 days. Yesterday's lead scores near 20; last month's near 0.

Pipeline progression (max 30)

• New → 5 pts
• Contacted → 15 pts
• Qualified → 25 pts
• Converted → 30 pts (and score is force-set to 100)
• Lost → force-set to 0

Recent activity (max 20)

Number of calls, emails, WhatsApp or note-based touches in the last 7 days:

• 1 activity → 8 pts
• 2 activities → 14 pts
• 3+ activities → 20 pts

Priority thresholds

The band mapping is fixed:

• ≥ 70 → Hot — this lead is warm-to-touch, prioritise today
• 40–69 → Warm — nurture with a call and a WhatsApp today
• < 40 → Cold — recycle, revive with a campaign, or archive

Manual override

Open any lead → the Priority & health card on the right shows a Manual override dropdown:

• Auto (from score) — default; priority follows the health score
• Pin as Hot / Warm / Cold — locks the priority regardless of score

Set the override back to Auto to un-pin.

Where scores update

Health is re-computed automatically whenever:

• The lead is created
• The lead is patched (status change, deposit set, etc.)
• An activity is logged (call, email, WhatsApp, note, status_change)

You'll see the number and colour bar shift in real time.
