Sending team invite emails
When you add a new team member, Alphorix defaults to sending them an invite email rather than making you pick a password on their behalf.
How it works
- Open Team → + Add user
- Fill in name, email, role, country, languages
- Leave the Send invite email toggle ON (default)
- Submit — a branded email is dispatched immediately
The invitee receives:
Alphorix · Walid invited you to Alphorix Demo on Alphorix Welcome to Alphorix Demo, Sarah. Walid has added you as a Sales agent on the Alphorix Demo Alphorix workspace. To activate your account, choose a password using the button below. [ Set my password → ]
Clicking the button lands them on a welcome-mode password page — they pick their password, submit, and they're immediately signed in.
Invite pending badge
Users who haven't yet accepted are marked with an orange "Invite pending" pill on the Team page. Hover any pending user to see the paper-plane icon → click it to resend the invite (the old link is invalidated, a fresh 7-day token is sent).
What if the email doesn't arrive?
- Check the invitee's Junk / Spam folder
- Ask them to whitelist

- Worst case, toggle Send invite email off and set an initial password manually — you can pass it to them via WhatsApp
Manual password path
Still supported. Turn the toggle off, enter an initial password. The account activates immediately and skips the invite email. The user can change it later via Forgot password.
