- Audience & Lists shows every lead with an email address, their consent state and engagement.
- Segments are saved filters (status, sub-status, source, country, language, campaign, tags, priority). Counts update live and segments stay up to date as leads change.
- From the Leads page you can also select leads and use Add to email list or Add to automation.
- Suppression lists addresses that unsubscribed, hard-bounced or complained — they are never emailed again.
