Create and send an email campaign

- Go to Marketing Email → Campaigns and click New campaign.
- Audience — pick a saved segment or build filters; the live count shows how many leads will receive it (leads without marketing consent and suppressed addresses are excluded).
- Design — start from a template or paste/upload your own HTML. Use merge tags like
{{first_name|there}}and{{workspace_name}}. Preview on desktop and mobile. - Subject & sender — add a subject, preview text, From name/email (verified domain) and reply-to.
- Schedule — send now, schedule a date/time, or make it recurring (weekly/monthly).
- Review the pre-send checklist and confirm. Send a test email first if you like.
Each send uses one credit from your plan. If you run out, the campaign pauses and resumes automatically once you buy extra sends or upgrade.
