Email Marketer users and permissions

Go to Users → Add user and choose the role email marketer. Then tick what they can do:
- View Marketing Email (always on) · Create & edit campaigns · Send & schedule campaigns
- Build & edit automations · Activate automations & enrol leads · Manage templates
- Audience, lists, segments & suppressions · View analytics · Export CSV data
- Sending domains & email settings · View contact details (unmasked)
Email Marketers can only open Marketing Email — leads, pipeline, reports and settings are blocked, and billing stays admin-only. Without View contact details, emails and phone numbers are masked (e.g. j***@gmail.com). There is no seat limit.
