- Sending Domains — add your domain, publish the DNS records shown (SPF/DKIM) and click verify. Campaigns and journeys can only use verified From addresses.
- Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link and List-Unsubscribe headers.
- Hard bounces, spam complaints and unsubscribes are suppressed automatically; leads that opted out of marketing are never emailed.
- All actions are recorded in the email audit log.
